# About Reintersect A lot of people quietly believe work has become absurd. They dread opening Slack in the morning, spend whole days coordinating, and end them feeling like nothing real happened. AI was supposed to help. For most teams it has only made the noise faster. We want work to feel worth doing again. In Reintersect you spend your day talking with your colleagues instead of prompting agents and checking their output. The agents work in the background. They structure your conversations, find what you need, and do the follow-up, so the people you build with can get back to building. ## Team **Fabia Becaus**\ Co-founder\ Led $30M of ARR at a 30-person company doing $120M a year, using a communication protocol she invented. Bring the two or three people you're building with and pick the meeting, doc, or prompt you're most tired of.
