So we wrote more docs nobody reads. Created more channels to monitor. Treated Slack as an infinite to-do list. The tools kept making things harder for us with every person that joined, but we blamed ourselves.

Then AI promised to fix it.

Everyone is racing to automate the way we work. We stopped to ask whether the way we work was ever right. AI is a tool. A remarkable one, when it's aimed at the right problem. Most people aren't aiming. They're attempting to use it for everything. The technology should follow the people, not the other way around.

We use it where it makes sense. Band-aids can't fix a broken foundation. So we reimagined work to not need one.

We believe there is another way.
